SMITH/Associates Real Property Specialists are helping improve Air Force records and comply with the Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements.

We are working alongside the client to support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s (AFCEC’s) centralized real estate management center of expertise, and their base-level customers in meeting the time-critical audit readiness and accountability requirements for DoD real property.

Our core competencies include:

• Creating and storing the necessary documentation, capitalizing, maintaining and disposing of RP Assets
• Providing guidance to installations when processing RE transactions to facilitate the transactional package as it moves through the AF system
• Support of AFCEC/CIT as they provide expert advice in expediting installations RE transactions
• Utilizing the Task Management Tool (TMT) to ensure all RE transactions and inquiries are logged, monitored and tracked in Workflow
• Ability to prepare and present analysis results to various levels of staff and management
• Communication with client and contract support team regarding ongoing project status, variance reporting, and performance metrics
• Participation in client and contract cross functional teams
• Interaction on a daily basis with contract support team and client, including Senior DoD leadership at Pentagon to Installation level
